From the farm next door, free-range eggs are cooked to your liking with handmade sausages and home-cured bacon which are slow roasted in the Aga, alongside mushrooms and tomatoes from Growing With Grace Organics.

Our Cumbrian breakfast is served with local award-winning produce such as Hawkshead Relish condiments and preserves, organic hand-churned butter and toasted organic bread from Grange Bakery. You can also opt for delicious doorstop bacon sandwiches if you prefer.

Although our breakfasts are highly rated by meat connoirseurs, we also make a special effort to cater to vegetarians and vegans. Simply let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.

Guests staying in the Barn can enjoy a relaxing morning in their own private suite with breakfast delivered at a time requested. In the main house, guests are invited to breakfast in the dining room or on sunny days, in our delightful garden pavilion.
